When we decided to look for a home in Sun City Palm Desert, we were lucky enough to have a friend who lived here recommend that we use Frank Montiforte from Bennion Deville Real Estate as our agent. We contacted Frank and he quickly showed us a number of homes that met our needs. Unfortunately, our escrow didn’t close on the property we were selling for a year and a half longer than we had planned. Frank never faltered. He continued to show us properties as they came up. Finally, our escrow closed and we were able to make an offer on a beautiful home. The entire transaction went so smoothly, Frank and all the beautiful women in his office took care of everything so capably and efficiently that what can be a very stressful experience became a piece of cake. If we ever buy another home (and I sincerely hope we don’t) we wouldn’t consider going anywhere but back to Bennion Deville and Frank Montiforte.
