Compounding the challenge is that we were long distant purchasers who could only be in the area for very short periods, in addition we wanted to purchase, get the house ready to rent, find a renter who would sign a one year lease, to time our “move in date” with my retirement.
We closed and within approximately 30 days they located a renter and had my new house leased. I just cannot put into words how well the team members of Diane Williams & Associates came together to make my purchase a pleasure and not a chore!
