Thanks for providing all the documents for our recent home purchase at IRCC. This is yet another example of the fine continuous work your team has done for us over the past few months. We can’t wait until we can safely return to IRCC to move into our new home. Hopefully, it will be sometime during the latter part of May. This whole COVID-19 thing has been an ordeal for literally everyone, and it’s not going to be over for quite some time.
The entire Diane Williams and Associates team has done a remarkable job, and it functions as a “team” in every good respect. While everyone in the office has done a good job for us, there are a few I would like to especially note, beginning with Terrie Pena. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years – by my count, 14. Terrie, by a wide margin, is the best realtor we have ever had. She is experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, ethical, and always friendly and considerate. She is now a trusted friend, and will be the one we call on should we decide to buy and sell again in the valley! (I don’t expect that to be soon, however.) Others who have done their job equally well include Diane, Allison, Heather, and of course, you. We know that your door at IRCC is always open, and there will be there to help.
