I don’t know how we could have ever gotten to the community we were looking for without you Diane so that we could realize our dreams to find the right house and right Country Club here in the Desert. You worked for months to help us try to sell our home in PGA West so that we could find a more social club filled with some working entrepreneurs-a task that we knew was a tall order. You helped us research and advised us tirelessly about places to move to. Once you helped us identify the right community, you were always willing and showed us many places and guided us with your advice and suggestions so we could make a good decision. We are still in disbelief because, after all this work and planning, you found us the perfect home in the perfect location but we had no way to buy it at “that moment in time”-suddenly we were heartbroken. Here we were squarely stuck in the middle of another mortgage and home closing in San Diego at the time you help us find our dream home and location. You cannot imagine how delighted we were by the incredibly creative and seemingly impossible solution you instantly came up with for us. You used your amazing talent to negotiate with the owner of the property and rallied to get the Seller’s Agent to cooperate so they would give us a short term rental with an option to purchase, without a huge outlay of cash that would kill our mortgage in process and the lease option was set so we were able to exercise in a short thirty day period once our other mortgage on our San Diego home had closed.
We are so thankful or all the hours of time you spent for us and for all the hand holding to get both the Seller and Seller’s agent to cooperate and work with us. We are grateful for this new home that you and your team was able to find for us at Ironwood in Palm Desert. We feel you are totally the ultimate real estate professional and we have never worked with an agent who cared as much as you do nor who has given us such sound advice in selling and buying a home. We truly love our new home and the community you helped us settle into-what a gift you have given to us Diane, thank you.
