Frank, I’ve been wanting to send this note of Thank You for some time but something always came up and at my age I do forget. I want you to know what a great job you did representing me and June in the sale of our home in Sun City Palm Desert. Your professional presentation of your Marketing Plan was well done. You promised open houses, extensive newspaper advertising, Internet advertising and other mass media publications and what you committed to you did. However the most important part of your representation was the communication back from open houses and other realtor comments also the personal visits to discuss other strategies to sell the house. One last thing which exceeded our expectations was, after the sale of our home you assisted in helping us find individuals to remove furniture, TV’s and other household items which we were not taking with us. This not only helped us but helped many people which are less fortunate.
