With regards to the service you and your team provided, Lori and I were very satisfied with all aspects of the process. We appreciated spending the first day with you when you provided a number of homes and communities for our consideration. This helped eliminate the communities we did not find attractive and focused on the preferred ones.
We feel we are in the right community and have purchased a home that we are excited about. Your understanding of the market value of our home was critical in the offer process and I believe provided a competitive advantage.
Buying a home in California is a much more complicated process than in Canada. The number of forms and documents required to purchase a home was surprising to us but you and your staff were of great assistance and gave us confidence we would eventually purchase the home. We want to give special recognition to Kristeen who answered all of our questions (sometimes twice!) during the escrow period.
We also want to thank you personally Dianne for the outstanding service you provided to Lori and I. You answered all of our questions and provided great advice on this purchase. We also appreciated providing service contacts and recommendations as these were very helpful to us.
